2. Enrollment & Payment

  • To enroll, you must provide accurate information and complete the required payment or advance.
  • You may reserve your seat with a 50% advance; the balance is due before classes begin, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Seats are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment.

3. Student Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for attending live sessions and completing assignments to get the most from the course.
  • You agree not to share, record, redistribute, or resell course materials without written permission.
  • You agree to treat mentors and fellow students with respect in all communities and sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, templates, and written materials, is the property of Digital Bunyad Academy and is provided for your personal learning use only.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In short, you may request a full refund within the first 3 live sessions if the course isn't right for you.

6. No Income Guarantee

We provide education, mentorship, and a roadmap. We do not guarantee any specific income, job, or freelance outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Bunyad Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
